Who you’ll be working with:

Hi, I’m Sky 😊

a Neurofeedback Provider with a passion for helping others reclaim their sense of calm, clarity, and connection.

I was diagnosed with Attention Deficit Disorder in the third grade and spent many years on stimulant medication, trying to bridge the gap between my brain and a world that didn’t quite seem built for it. Like many neurodivergent children, I learned early how to adapt with coping mechanisms like : over-functioning, masking, and molding myself to meet the expectations of others. I became highly attuned not only to my own emotional state but to the moods and needs of those around me. Over time, this led to chronic anxiety and a persistent sense of disconnection. I could appear capable on the outside, but inside I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and searching for a more authentic way to exist.

Neurofeedback changed everything for me.

After completing over 30 sessions, I began to experience what real regulation felt like - mental clarity, emotional steadiness, and a renewed sense of ease in my own skin. I wasn’t just managing symptoms; I was actually rewiring the patterns that had kept me stuck for years. The transformation was so profound, I knew I wanted to share this work with others.

Now, as a provider, I have the privilege of witnessing clients discover just how powerful their brains truly are. Each time someone begins to feel more grounded, focused, or free, I’m reminded of why I do this work.

When I’m not in session, or working on my organization business -you might find me curled up with a good book, maybe some self-development, a fantasy novel, or a romanticy escape, deep in a creative project, or watching anime. I’m a lifelong nerd at heart. As a kid, I found joy and self-expression in performing and acting, often the “animated one” in every room. I still carry that playful spirit with me.

I live in Oregon with my partner, Jeff, and our pack of furry companions: our cats Hex and Chant, our dogs Raven, and Shadow-a big softie you might even spot around the office now and then, if you're comfortable with dogs. They keep life grounded, cozy, and full of love.

Creativity is a central part of who I am. From interior design to painting to jewelry-making, I’ve always been drawn to hands-on expression. I believe that healing isn’t linear—it’s layered, messy, and deeply personal. Whether it’s through neurofeedback, storytelling, or art, my mission is to support people as they come home to themselves, and to remind them that transformation is not only possible it’s often where the beauty begins.
